A clear look at every stage of your vehicle's journey
Carrier coordination. Once your booking is confirmed, the assigned carrier contacts you to lock in a pickup window and a meeting point as close to your address as the transport truck can safely reach.
Condition report. You and the driver walk the vehicle together and document its current condition. We recommend photographing all four sides, the roof, the interior, and the odometer before the vehicle is loaded.
Loading. After the inspection is signed off, your vehicle is secured to the trailer and the route to its destination begins.
Carriers typically cover 400–500 miles per day, and every pickup and delivery is scheduled in advance — a driver will never arrive unannounced. Your slot is confirmed once the carrier completes the stop ahead of yours.
A few hours before your scheduled time you will get a heads-up with the exact meeting location. You will also have direct contact details — the driver's name and number plus the dispatcher — so you stay informed for the whole trip.
About a day before arrival, the carrier calls to confirm the delivery time and finalize a drop-off point near your address that the transport truck can safely access.
When the vehicle is unloaded, do a final walk-around: photograph every side and check the interior and odometer for anything unexpected. Note any issues on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing — without it, the carrier's insurance cannot accept a damage claim.
Once the BOL is signed, your vehicle has officially arrived and it is ready for the road.
